Our
Mission
The Chapter supports the programs and campuses of the University
of Tennessee while providing a year-round calendar of social and educational programs designed to foster friendship and benefit
our participants.

The University of Tennessee was founded in 1794 and was designated as the state land-grant institution
in 1869. The flagship campus in Knoxville now has more than 26,000 students and 400 academic programs.

There are 260,000 alumni of the University of Tennessee located throughout the world. 2,000 alumni live abroad and UT graduates are in every state. All alumni are automatically members
of the UT National Alumni Association (UTNAA). There are active alumni chapters in 90 counties in Tennessee and 35 major cities throughout the United States.
